This plan offers optional coverage upgrades for baggage and certain activities such as mountaineering, aviation, hang gliding, skydiving, parachuting and bungee jumping.

Called them while away and injured and they found medical care for me right away and continued calling to check on me and make sure I didn't need anything else. They also worked with the hospital directly so I did not have to pay out of pocket. I travel a lot and will always use them

You know I really can't comment on this plan as I never used it ... all I know is that I had to have some kind of health insurance plan in place for my trip to Australia as I spent a month there!

Obtaining the coverage was very easy on-line. Fortunately, we did not need to file a claim, but we had the peace of mind of having a coverage for emergency evacuation if the need arose.

When we were in St. Thomas they had an ambulance take someone from the ship to the hospital which reminded me how thankful we were to have the insurance. We did not use it so can't comment about that
