Plan covered emergencies. We had none and didn’t need to make any claim. We have no idea about how they would have handled a claim if we had needed to make one.

Since I have not encountered any problem on my trip,I have no experience on the claim process which is crucial to make a comment. The best thing about insurance is that you never have to making any claim.
