I had a medical emergency and had to fly back home immediately. Scott with AIG did an outstanding job handling my claims. They were handled easily with the utmost professionalism and prompt reimbursement. In addition to Scott doing a great job, he added a level of compassion which I really appreciated as I was just out of the hospital. Great job!! I will definitely use AIG for my travel insurance needs again.

Thankfully, we did not need to file a claim against our policy. So, it's hard to judge the effectiveness of our plan.
