I've used APRIL for all my travels. Had to file one claim under "Cancel for Any Reason". No problems or delays getting money back for claim. VERY IMPRESSED with service and being updated on claim status.

Most of my claim was not in question. However, there was a question about the air tickets I purchased. It was handled fairly and I am satisfied with April and Insure My Trip.

Did not need the coverage because all went smoothly on our trip. However a pilots' strike with AirFrance in France occurred, luckily this did not impact us. It did cause some delays and I was glad we had the coverage.

I had nothing but good feelings knowing that there was insurance while traveling for medical expenses that my own insurance would NOT cover, especially not as the primary insurance.

It was very comforting knowing I had the April Travel Protection Choice plan if needed. However, I didn't need to file a claim and had a good trip. It is worth the money to be protected in case something happens. The coverage was good.

It's not that I wouldn't recommend you I might. It was just too expensive. I will probably only recommend this product and consider it for myself and my family solely based on the countries I'm traveling to. Other than that I won't purchase a policy again the risk versus price just doesn't seem like a necessary expense.

It took way too long to adjudicate a claim that was really small and the processing of the claim was moved to two different companies. That was very inconvenient.
