My cell phone was stolen while changing trains in Naples Italy. We reported this to the ticket office and filled out a report but did not have time to get a copy. When I filed a claim for it, AXA wanted a police report which, being back in the states, could not be obtained. I showed them emails suspending my service with Verizon and having Samsung disable my phone. You can not talk to an adjuster just someone in customer service and they can only read your file to you. I paid over $600 for the insurance and was only asking to be reimbursed $175. BAD, BAD!!!
