My wife was seriously injured on a trip to India and Bhutan. We missed two days of activities on the tour and this insurance company, AXA, reimbursed for those days. There was no fuss, no argument, just cooperation and payment. This is the best.

Thankfully we didn't need to use the insurance, so don't know about claims service. But when I contacted customer help with questions pre departure, they were very helpful. I'd buy from them again.

Not only was the AXA rate one of the most competitive in the market place, it beat the default from my travel supplier by some 300% in price! Added to that was the AXA brand from a company I already use for other investments. You had me at your brand, won me on price. I've already recommended your travel insurance to others. Good job from a big company. My wife loves your product!
