I had to bother a claim worker several times to get any info on the plan I purchased as I received nothing showing plan number, or anything showing I purchased a plan. Fortunately she was able to search out and send me some info showing I had bought a plan even though it was not her area. Someone should have sent me info on the plan I bought and a receipt at least.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. We have passed this information on to the insurance provider. After purchase, InsureMyTrip and Berkshire Hathaway emails a purchase confirmation which can be printed and carried with you on the trip. The purchase confirmation includes the purchase details, contact information, and schedule of benefits.
