Unless someone actually has a claim and tries to collect can one really evaluate the company and policy. If you didn't "need it" how can you evaluate it. Sorry you had to use it, but glad thy came through easily. Thanks for the reviewOct 03,2012

I couldn’t go on my trip to Europe due to unexpected projects build up at work and the fact that our office was moving to a new location during the same time as the trip. I submitted my claim and all the required documents to M.H. Ross after speaking with their representative, who was very pleasant and informative.
