Filed a claim a month ago, one request for more information, sent that, still no response. Called 10 days after submitting second round of information, representative told me they had not looked at it yet. She would let the person reviewing my case know it was in her inbox. Not very efficient. After filing this review got a call the next day and claim was approved. Should not have been but all is well now.

Even though I didn't need to use the insurance, I came very close. Went to medical during my cruise for an injury. Didn't need to think twice about whether I could afford to go because I knew I had insurance to cover the visit. Triage nurse decided I really didn't need to be seen by the doc and therefore there was no charge. Was reassuring though that if I needed treatment it would have been covered.

Was glad I didn't need to use it. Someone else from my group almost didn't come due to medical issue and hadn't bought trip insurance. That emphasized to me the importance of the trip insurance!!

Only comment I have is that the email documents I received did not include easy to carry insurance cards. I was faced with having to make copies of 81/2 x 11 sheets of paper, very inconvenient. Other companies I have used in the past have included wallet size "cards" which are easy to deal with.
