I didn’t need to file a claim but it was reassuring knowing the coverage was in place. The true test is when a claim is filed. Hopefully, I do not need to find out.

Travel insurance is way too expensive for the risk ratio. It is based on a false risk assessment. That said customers feel they have to take it. I did not need the medical coverage but was forced to take it increasing my costs.

No claim files so unable to comment on claims issues. All other anwers are subjective since quality of plan is based on services provided when a claim is filed. I have noted that premiums get higher as we get older. I consider this age discrimination by the insurance industry
