A major work issue caused me to have to cancel my trip just two weeks before I was to leave. I had added "cancel for work reasons" when I booked my trip and bought the travel insurance. I filled in the forms provided, provided the documentation requested, and was issued a check for the full value of the trip within just a couple of weeks. I was very pleasantly surprised that there was NO hassle. I plan to use this company again.

We did not need to use the plan so the critical part of such a program (its claims-processing) cannot be evaluated. But overall I was quite satisfied with the coverage and the cost.
