The survey isn't exactly an honest account of what the insurance meant to us: i.e. we never had to use it but paid dearly for it and also had, with the HUGE cost of the policy, still some "restrictions" should we have had to use it. I have a great idea, that MIGHT help you get more clients...if someone, like us buys the "covers all/cancel without penalties" policy for over 1200.00 a person, for such a short time...if the client does not use it, then a reimbursement of some kind would be nice...even a small amount otherwise it is pretty expensive.

This is a good no-frills plan for older people who are especially concerned about medical evacuation costs, and in this respect is much better value than most of the plans offered by tour companies.

The process for purchasing the plan was simple enough, and found the coverage that wanted / needed. Fortunately, like for most insurance policies, did not need to make a claim, so can not comment on that process.
