My only complaint was when filing the claim, I keep being told different information by three different people when I called to verify that the document was the correct one to send. I even went round and round with one person who wanted me to send in my airline boarding passes. I couldn't get her to understand that the airline collects them. Plus the damage occurred on the cruise not on the plane. She was very difficult to deal with.

Basic plan was reasonably priced. Chris, our rep, was courteous and very helpful. We, thankfully, had no cause to file a claim. So we cannot provide feedback on that aspect of service and support. We will use InsureMyTrip.com again, however, based upon the service that he provided and the reasonable price.

Luckily I did not have to file a claim. I purchased the insurance for peace of mind. I also purchased the Cancel for any Reason option, just in case I need to cancel the trip due to unforeseen family/work event and still would be able to get most of my money back.
