We had to cancel our trip due to illness and the insurance was great, we got all of our expenses back! We were very impressed with how nice customer service was and how straight forward the process was.

Initially very slow to process the claim.
After multiple phone calls I figured out what they needed and once I got this information to them they paid the claims at 100% and I was satisfied.

Fortunately I didn't have to file any claims so it's hard to rate based on this trip. I did use Travel Insured for a trip planned in 2020 to France. Because of Covid, the trip had to be canceled, and with refunds from the event and coverage I had from Travel Insured, my entire trip was reimbursed so I was happy with the service back then.
