Our cruise was delayed by one day due to a hurricane. We filed a claim and we’re quickly reimbursed for an extra night in a hotel and food for that day. They also had an app and quick phone customer service.

United lost my bag for 2 weeks. As I had to fly again for business during these 2 weeks, I had to purchase a new suitcase. When I called to staqrt a claim, I was informed that delayed baggage claims are only for outbound flights, not on return flights. I found that to be a disappointment and rather unrealistic with the flying community these days.
