My husband was involved in a motorbike accident in Vietnam. He was a passenger with a professional driver who had the misfortune of a dog running directly into the front wheel of the motorbike resulting in the accident. My husband was badly scraped and bruised. The insurance covered all the medical supplies which was all we were asking. It was comforting to know that had there been more serious injuries such as broken bones, the insurance would have covered those expenses as well.

Purchased this plan for peace of mind. On another trip we had a claim for luggage that was damaged when broken into and items stolen and received excellent service. Fortunately, we did not have to file a claim for this trip.
