Selecting the product for our needs was easy and transparent. We were confident that, if we had had to use it, the coverage would have been sufficient and the claims process would have been reasonably easy.

We had to cancel our trip on 3 days notice because my brother was hospitalized with a severe GI bleed on June 8, 2015. When I called the Travel Insured number to inform them, the woman was very sympathetic and helpful, immediately emailing me all the claim forms. Eventually when I sent them all the claims forms Travel Insured mailed me a check for the entire amount of the trip.
