Only comment I have is that the email documents I received did not include easy to carry insurance cards. I was faced with having to make copies of 81/2 x 11 sheets of paper, very inconvenient. Other companies I have used in the past have included wallet size "cards" which are easy to deal with.

Fortunately we didn't need it but we were happy to have it in case of emergency. Hard to review what it would have been like if we needed to file a claim.

This plan offers peace of mind, A passenger had to be air lifted off the ship due to a medical condition, I sure hope she had insurance, it's not worth the risk of not having insurance.

The one thing that happened your plan did not cover. My husband lost a tooth from his partial in the top front of his mouth while eating an appetizer on the cruise. Obviously, he swallowed it.

Of course I thought it would be covered because it had dental on the plan, yet, who would ever think it would break loose eating.

Had to call Customer Care because we needed to extend the coverage dates due to driving to our cruise port. Representatives were very helpful. We just emailed our detailed request and changes were made quickly with the insurance company.
