It is hard to give an opinion on how well we liked the insurance since we didn't file a claim or see the process in operation ! Overall it was easy to aquire and priced well for the coverage !

I did not need to use the insurance, so normally it would be hard to judge whether I was satisfied or not. However, one of my travel partners became gravely ill after our trip was booked and down payments were made. She was able to recover all her costs in a very timely manner. I will stick with this insurance in the future!
