I am happy that I did not need the insurance because everything went well, but I had a Plan B if things did not work out well. One of my fellow travelers needed to be helicoptered out of our remote location. I hope that she had insurance.

I would have preferred that a copy of the policy be sent in the mail as opposed to my having to download and print it. Our trip went fine so not able to evaluate coverage.

I have no complaints. Indeed, they paid me a partial claim while waiting for a clarification of one of the bills I had submitted. When I provided that clarification, they sent me a check promptly.
