Fortunately, I did not run into any situations where I needed to contact the carrier or use the services offered. But I felt confident that I had my bases covered and was able to enjoy my trip without "what ifs" to deal with. Would definitely recommend this coverage, especially for the value and price.

Thankfully, we didn't need the insurance but we felt protected with this plan. Especially the covid coverage if we had tested positive in France. At least 4 people had to quarantine in France from our riverboat cruise.

My claim was initiated 2 and 1/2 months ago. Other than a request for documents, I have heard nothing. You cannot get through to them on the phone, and all you get is a chat bot who provides no response except to direct you to a web page which merely confirms that the documents were submitted. They blame Covid for the poor customer service. Covid is not an excuse for bad customer service. My trip was cancelled by the airlines and I made a claim for nonrefundable costs as per the policy. I would be very hesitant to use them because, if I were stuck on a trip with an actual emergency, how would I get through for help?

I thought the coverage was very thorough but very expensive. Unfortunately you cannot take a chance on travelling overseas with a policy like this.

Even though this trip was absolutely flawless, I was able to walk around with the added security of knowing that if anything happened, bad weather, delayed connection, that I was going to get to my destinations with no issues. That’s a wonderful feeling.

It was comforting knowing we were covered for so many things that can create travel headaches and cost us money. We didn't have any emergencies this time, but we did last year and were covered.The best part this year was being able to confidently insist to the rental car company that we did not need their collision damage coverage. We were covered well enough to buy TWO of the little Renaults.
