This completely satisfied review is only based on the coverage I needed and the cost via my online search. I didn't have to use the insurance so I have no idea how well or not it would've played out. We purchased the trip insurance on June 6, 2019 for our cruise on October 26, 2019. We are seniors in our late 70's traveling on our 50th wedding anniversary cruise and did not have to use this safety health net insurance. Processing my claim took some time (it sat in the mailroom for several days) and it was difficult to get an update on the status. My emails usually took 2 days to be answered and the response was sketchy on detailed information. Overall I was very pleased since my claim was approved as filed and I did not have to submit additional information.
