Thank goodness I did not need to utilize the C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector plan during this cruise, but the comfort knowing I was covered was priceless. During this trip, a passenger was injured and required the ship to turn around and return to Bermuda, which caused the ship to arrive late to port. Many of my fellow passengers missed flights or had to find alternative ways to get back home. This is just one of many things that could happen to you while on a trip. I will never travel without trip insurance, and I already have obtained the same insurance for my cruise for October 2020. Unfortunately this is the time of our lives that we "need" trip insurance....just in case. So in a way it is hard to evaluate something that one really didn't use...which is a minus as well as a plus! That is why I chose not to give it 5 stars...I do wish we didn't have to pay the amount we do...but I understand that the probabilities may dictate a majority of the cost.
