Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip 1 week prior to departure due to injury. C&F was very easy to work with and received a speed response and check. Less than 3 weeks from filing to approval. Claims, followups and progress checks can be done on-line. We will use C&F again on our next trip.

Their customer service is very good. We ended up switching itineraries/dates on our cruise and they allowed us to transfer the policy to the new booking with no hassle. Also, I had some medical expenses on our trip. We did not end up filing a claim because the coverage was excess of our own health insurance, but I did speak with one of their claims representatives who was very helpful explaining coverage.

Did not have occasion to use or claim, but felt services offered were reasonable for price. Wish there was more opportunity to tailor the policy -- We don't need all the baggage protection because we carry on only.

Fortunately, I did not have to file a claim so I cannot comment of how well the coverage works if you have a problem. Accordingly, my ratings reflect only the stated coverage and the ease of signing up. I surveyed a number of plans and did as much due diligence as I could, and I concluded that this coverage represented the best for the money. The relatively few reviewers who had had to file a claim seemed generally satisfied with the service they received. The sign-up process was efficient. I expect to use C&F again, provided they continue to be cost competitive.

Very reasonable in dealing with the claim, and I have had to submit claims twice with this company- and all was perfect. A great product and very fair (and much better than what the tour company will offer you!)
