Thankfully we did not need to file a claim for the travel insurance and were able to enjoy our trip. The customer service provided when purchasing the insurance was excellent and we rested easy knowing that it was there just in case. I think InsureMyTrip could be improved by having a more interactive questionnaire on the website that transitions into a phone discussion if the customer requests it, especially for the "what are you most concerned about" question.
