This has been the first company that stood by their contract. I have had bad experience with other companies trip protection. After a claim was submitted, there were more stipulations that weren't told to you nor appeared in the policy. I will keep InsureMyTrip in my favorites and recommend this to others. Keep up the good work.

Didn't have any reason to use any of the plan benefits - so can't say for s sure how good it is/was. The proof is in the pudding - had no pudding. But it seemed like a good plan compared to others I looked at.

The only difficult after thought is you spent all this money on the insurance and if you didn't need it, it feels like wasted money. What might be a draw for more people is if you don't use the insurance that you get a rebate back afterwards such as 25% of cost or a set amount. Just a thought for future customers. However, I am very thankful I didn't have to use it!

It's impossible to rate an insurance policy if you never have to make a claim on it. As far as this trip went the policy was a non-issue, but I'm glad I had it since it was a large family trip and an expensive rental house. Purchasing the plan was easy and the pricing seemed the best all around. I will purchase from here again on the next big trip.

basically we did not have cancel our trip... Not sure how I can review when InsuremyTrip did not really do anything for us. Except we paid about $250 for insurance coverage.
