I will say, with the horrible winter in Northern Illinois and the Midwest, I was wondering if my trip would go off without a hitch. It did. This was the third or fourth time I have insured a trip with this company. It gives great peace of mind, as there are six in our family. Reading the coverage I was also happy to know that some of the dangerous tours we did in Costa Rica would cover my expenses if something did happen. Nothing did, but I'll do the same coverage again and again for future trips. No complaints here. Also friendly service representatives to answer all my questions and concerns. A+++ company.
