Filed two claims, weather travel delay coming and going forced overnight delays. Prompt email response on one claim. Fairly prompt payment. Had to call on second claim. Apparently it got attached to the back of the first one and ignored. Got a call back an hour after my call saying the second claim was approved and got a check a few days later. The six hour delay feature worked well for us. Traveling companions had a 12 hour delay on their policy and couldn't collect on one of the delays. Not sure why they needed proff of age to process my claim.
