I needed to make a change in the dates of coverage, as we left a day earlier than originally planned. I submitted the change form about a week before my departure. I received a phone call several days later, which I was unavailable to answer at the time. I called the person back at the number she provided and left numerous messages for her to get back to me, which she never did. Finally in desperation, I called the number for claims because we were leaving the next day and reached someone who was able to make the change and process the additional payment required. This is the first company that charged me extra for an additional day, and their communication was very poor when I needed to reach them. I don’t plan to use this company again.

Used this plan before - several years ago had a claim & the settlement was processed quickly and within policy coverage with no hassle. The best I can say is that for this trip - I did not need to make a claim (that is good for me) but it was there if I needed it - - and the coverage & premium was reasonable.

Second trip we insured with CSA Travel Protection custom plan. Everything went well on our cruise, didn't need to file a claim. Will definitely use again.

We did have a bag delayed. It was never put on the plane in our departure city. It ended up arriving at our hotel later that evening, fortunately we had a pre-night in FLL before our cruise. Didn't have to use the lost or delayed luggage benefit, but we were very glad we had the coverage!
