For the amount we paid, I thought that the 6 month pre-existing exclusion was a lot to pay. I have gotten pre-existing included for less money from other companies.

Since there was no claim, the process appeared to be seamless: buy insurance, nothing happened, so there is no experience to review. We have no way of knowing whether the insurance functions . . . other than that we experienced the peace of mind in believing that an unforeseen event would be covered and corrected.

My trip went smoothly and didn't have to claim for anything. It's good to have assurance that I have people to turn to if any unexpected eventuality arises. The peace of mind alone is worthy enough for a small price of getting it.

We were not dissatisfied with the plan nor were we satisfied. Not possible to assign a rating to satisfaction as we did not have to use the service. The cost seems relatively high and I do wish there was a clause for "pet issues" So we do not have to determine whether to leave a dying pet or lose a large amount of money. Thank you for asking.
