The worst travel insurance company EVER! When I realized that the plan did NOT cover complications from normal pregnancy I tried to cancel the plan within the ten day grace period. It took me over 6 hours on the phone, had to file no less than four exception requests which went unanswered for weeks. The time it took to deal with an exception requesting to cancel put me outside the ten day grace period so they refused it again. I cancelled all insurance with them and found a more reputable company.

While the plan you purchased includes approximately 20 different covered events that can qualify for Trip Cancellation coverage, the plan is unfortunately unable to provide coverage for every event that might cause you to cancel.
