    My mother in law had a stroke 3 weeks before our trip and we had to cancel. We were refunded 25% by the cruise line since we were in the penalty weekand after filling out all the paperwork we we refunded the balance from CSA Trip Insurance about 3 weeks after the paperwork was completed. I highly recommend travel insurance and will use CSA again.
