When the airline unexpectedly cancelled my return flight, leaving me two more days in a far away, little touristed country, I was put at ease when GGA was immediately available by phone, adjusted the dates, & emailed the revised plan to my phone. Very comforting to experience that responsiveness, even though I wasn't actually submitting a claim. Peace of mind to know you were right there. Bravo! And thank you.????
