We felt secure with amount we purchased. Did not insure total trip, but felt we could handle balance if needed. Definitely would continue to invest in trip insurance. Security can give great comfort against the unknown.

After taking the trip, I can see that if something were to go wrong, it could go really wrong, requiring the insurance to straighten things out. I am sorry that the monies are paid and then are lost if nothing happens, but then again that is the nature of insurance.

I love this site! It is so easy to review various plans and compare different options to get the best price for my needs. I don't always need or want to pay for a Cadillac policy. This is my 3rd or 4th time using the site and only had to file a claim once. It was processed within 3 weeks with no hassle.

I don't think this was covered...my itinerary said one thing what we got was totally different! We could take 2 checked bags over....when we wanted to come home we were told only ONE checked bag per person! It cost us $75 for one extra bag! (we left one bag behind and stuffed everything into the 3rd bag!) Also NO food was offered on the way over!

Thank you for your question. Although it is unfortunate that your travel provider did not meet the terms of your agreement, there would be no baggage coverage under any of our plans including CSA unless your baggage was lost, stolen or damaged.Feb 13,2016

You never know how good insurance is until you have to file a claim. However, the price and coverages were good and I have had recommendations from others. I have used CSA before and hope I never have to test it.
