I had to file a claim with CSA Travel Protection for some non-reimbursed medical expenses that I incurred while traveling. While I thought the application process was more cumbersome than necessary, the claim was fully paid in a reasonable amount of time.

Fortunately, our trip had no adverse events, and we had a great time on our trip! We have used CSA Travel Protection in the past, and will use them again in the future. It seems that the price has increased since last year, we wish it would be less expensive, but we will continue to purchase the coverage from CSA.

Every time I plan a vacation, I always question why bother with travel insurance. Then I witnessed travel accidents that fellow travelers had, and realized it's all about preventive care. I've been lucky enough not to have needed it, but the peace of mind it gives me having it, makes it well worth it. I'll never travel without it.
