I felt secured and protected when my dad contracted the norovirus on board the ship. I took him to the Medical Center without fear of the cost. Luckily, because of the medical condition, the cruise ship did not charge us for the visit, the injection, the pills, or room service. The cruise doctor called my dad every few hours to find out how he was doing, and finally lifted his quarantine after 48 hours. It was great knowing that we had insurance just in case. Thanks.

This insurance plan was reasonably priced, provided the coverage we were looking for, and, fortunately, not needed. Really worth it for the peace of mind provided. I would definitely buy from this company again (provided the price remains competitive) in the future.

I always get cruise insurance. You just never know what will happen. Others have not gotten it and had a medical emergency. It can get rather expensive.

This time we had no problem, but I would never travel without
CSA TRAVEL protection. On our previous trip I got sick just before leaving and got reimbursed for the flights and cruise without any problem in a short time after sending in the doctor note and paperwork. CSA has helped me a lot!

Insure my trip is very easy to deal with when obtaining trip insurance. The policy was half the price with double the coverage from what others were offering. Makes traveling a little more mind secure being so far from home

Although my ratings were high the true value and performance of an insurance is when you nee to use it to file a claim, I am quite happy that I didn't have to. I can attest to the other items as 5 star, the coverage was what I wanted, the price was quite reasonable and well worth the peace of mind when you are traveling.The agent was pleasant and quite helpful in getting the biggest bang for my buck. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. plane to Fla and cruise to western Caribbean.

I called to initiate a claim and the representative was very helpful and offered some good advice. The claim forms were emailed to me right away and once the claim was sent it I received a notice within a couple of days that the claim had been processed. Excellent service!

Unfortunately we had to cancel. The claims representatives stated that the policy was not in effect on the date of purchase of 12/21/2105. They stated the date was 12/22/2105. This was the date that the doctor treated my wife. In addition they stated that the doctor who treated my wife stated that the condition had occurred multiple days before her in person treatment. On the doctors sheet provided in your kit he stated that this not a condition of an underlying condition and she was medically unable to travel on 12/22/2105 which is in guidelines of the trip.
