I lost my backpack in Florence, Italy. I filed a police report the same day and filed my claim upon arrival home. Luckily I had kept most receipts necessary, including replacement items that I needed for the rest of my trip. I feel that the claim was processed promptly and fairly. I received about 75% of the cost to replace all items.

Great piece of mind. Although I did not have to summit a claim because the trip was uneventful, I was comfortable knowing the team was fully covering my back. The notification day before my trip was to begin and reminders of coverage, contact information and wishes for a safe trip was a great touch and appreciated.

Fortunately this trip I did not have to use the insurance but I have had to get assistance for a life flight and additional needs in a previous trip before. CSA is the only choice I will ever go with again. They handled everything expertly and I recommend this company strongly.
