My father-in-law died 2 days before our trip.We where able to rebook our flight a day later than planed.The cost was almost twice what our original flight but booked anyway knowing we where insured.when we got back we turned a claim into CSA.They payed our claim promptly!I highly recommend them! I will use them every time we travel.

The group I was with collectively knew three people who financially ruined themselves by having a major medical problem in a faraway land, simply because they were not insured. We traveled carefree knowing that we wouldn't become one of those stories.

Took almost 2 months to get all my claim. Don't know how much fault lies with Spirit Airlines waiting for a response about why flight was delayed.But pleased to get all my claim! Proved me wrong. Also no hassles wonderful!

Luckily we didn't have to file a claim, but the coverage was very good, the process was easy, and the representative I contacted with a temporary problem was knowledgeable and helpful. Would use them again.
