Although we did not need to use our insurance, it was comforting to know that we were covered. We felt that the cost for the comprehensive coverage we had seemed better than other companies. I called for information before our trip and was pleased with the response I received, as well as the encouragement to call again if we needed anything.

It was a little more expensive than I had wanted to pay. However, I also purchased the policy just before leaving. I only take out insurance on longer, more extensive vacations. Although, I have not had to file a claim, I came very close to doing so on my last trip. With multiple trains going to Harwich International to board a ferry to the Netherlands, we still almost didn't make it as someone was hit by a train. This created massive disruptions from Liverpool St station. You never know if/when something is going to happen and the source of the problem can be very unexpected and not the fault of the provider. I do not know if I would be writing a positive review if I had filed a claim, but there was a certain peace of mind knowing that I could if needed.

I experienced a medical emergency 3 days before departing on a cruise, It was easy to download claim forms and fax claim to CSA. I truly expected a big hassle, but our claim was approved and we received full reimbursement in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend InsureMyTrip and CSA.

I have obtained trip insurance from InsureMyTrip a few times now and have been very satisfied each time. I am glad not have had to ever file a claim, but have felt at ease knowing the coverage was there. Also, this year when I made hotel reservations in Europe I took advantage of non-refundable lower room rates by pre-paying knowing that if I did have cancel, I was covered by my trip insurance. Although I know I can obtain coverage online I have been particularly grateful for the assistance offered by Customer Care in finding plans that meet my needs.

Our return flight from Boston to Raleigh was cancelled which meant another hotel for the night. Once I secured a letter from Jet Blue regarding the cancellation and re-booking and sent the paperwork to CSA I had a check in less than 10 days!! Fantastic service!! Will definitely buy their product again.
