Any insurance that you buy you really hope that you will not need to use it. Not until you have a claim do you find out just how good it is and since we had no claims I cannot say how good it would have been. But it was nice knowing that it was there just in case.

The peace of mind on my trip for such a reasonable price was worth the price of the insurance. I did not need to file a claim, however knowing that if my trip was interrupted due to a covered family emergency I could get home quickly and without complications made my vacation much more enjoyable.

My major concern was a 95 year old aunt, for whom I am the sole caregiver. If an emergency arose, would she be considered "family". Your customer care rep was most helpful in suggesting CSA as the least expensive to include her. Fortunately no crises arose. Thanks

Thank you for your feedback about the policy. On your particular policy, an "aunt" is considered an immediate family member. This can vary from policy to policy so it is important to check the definition of family member in the policy certificate.Nov 05,2013
