I have normally used another policy but decided to change to this policy because of the cost and more coverage. I would definitely recommend this policy to family and friends and will use them again in the future.

Our flight from Lima, Peru to Buenos Aires was cancelled. I tried to call the 24 hour emergency assistance numbers for help with alternative travel arrangements. They did not answer the phone!

Our return flight was delayed by 24 hours because of volcanic ash. We submitted a claim for additional hotel and travel expenses and received check within very short time frame. Very pleased with promptness of response.

I was delighted to get such a comprehensive policy for such a reasonable price - far less than my travel agent was going to secure for me. I will definitely use CSA again, and recommend it to family/friends.

Good plan. I had a situation with delayed luggage and the insurance company paid for that. The only comment is that claim processing took a while - maybe 5-6 weeks before I received the check.
