Documentation was complete and helpful to have with me on the trip. It took a little while getting the required documentation for the claim, but I have received a check for the full claim amount. So they kept their end of the bargain with no undo problems.

Airline lost my luggage for a planned 11 day cruise to arctic circle. no appropriate clothes. tried to have flight back changed since I did not want to go on this cruise with no clothes. told this is not a covered reason. Stuck going on cruise with only small amount of $ to get some replacements for all I needed and total expense was quote MINUS what airline offered, not in addition to what airline offered which was unreasonable. ($100 for arctic vacation)

Our plane to Norway was diverted to Stockholm due to a snowstorm, with the result that we missed our connecting flight to Bergen, and we had to spend the night in the Oslo airport. Because we were unable to get to Bergen, we lost the cost of the hotel we had reserved in Bergen. CSA processed our claim in one day and reimbursed us for the hotel, plus breakfast in the Oslo airport. We were very satisfied with the expeditious service received.
