We were unable to take this trip as my wife suffered a life threatening episode shortly before we were scheduled to leave. Our claim was submitted and processed in a very timely and efficient manner. We have received our refunds and are very pleased with the service.

We had no problems during the trip so did not use the insurance so have no way of knowing if the plan would have covered everything the way we thought it should nor do we have any way to judge the service provided had we needed to collect on a claim. Buying the insurance on the internet was a breeze.

The cost was very reasonable for the cover. It was good to have a plan and feel secure while traveling. There were two persons in our cruise that had a heart attack and needed to be transported out. Having this plan made me feel secure that if something happens to us we would be cover adequately. I will certainly buy this plan for my future traveling needs. Thanks!

As has been the case in the past, I'm fortunate that I didn't need to test the policy, and I hope to never have to do so. So, it's more difficult to rate CSA then to rate InsureMyTrip.com. But I've been happy with the options provided to me by InsureMyTrip. You make choosing a policy and comparing different policy options easy.
