I received a credit card that would cover part of trip cancellation, and needed to change the policy I had signed up for. The customer service department could not have been more accommodating, and made the change without any hassle.

I had to wait to file my claim until my medical insurance finished its lengthy process and paid almost nothing. Then CSA quickly processed the claim and paid the remainder without any hassle.

Good help when I signed up. Delighted to pay and not claim! Next time I would like to be able to separate the medical from the cost of the trip as I have worldwide medical coverage.

Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately we do not offer just cancellation insurance on our website. All of our cancellation coverages are included in a Comprehensive Policy which include Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Baggage Loss/Damage, Medical, Dental, Emergency Medical Evacuation, 24 Hour Traveler Assistance, Baggage Delay, Travel Delay, and Accidental Death.Jan 22,2016

We did not need health care coverage so InsureMyTrip advised us which plan to purchase. We ended up getting all the coverage that we needed without paying an exorbitant price. We did not need to use it but were very happy to have the piece of mind as one of our flights was delayed by three hours and if it had been delayed any longer, we would have missed our connection to the boat.
