We didn't have to submit a claim for coverage, thankfully! But we did have good coverage in case we needed it! Never travel without insurance, especially foreign travel!

Staff on the phone were professional, and helpful. They worked hard to answer all my questions. I felt like they wanted to be sure I understood ithe coverages. I felt I was covered on the trip. I have no way of commenting on the process of filing a claim or how claims would have been accepted and paid. But their attention to making sure my questions were answered in the initial interactions installed confidence they would be handled professionally.
