I lost my passport at the airport before I could board my fly and I had to cancel evrything. The only thing I claimed was the hotel that was pre-paid and one excusion but they claim that my reason for cancellation was not coverred.

I am always stunned by the cost of travel insurance, but Generali seems to offer the best coverage for the price. I've traveled quite a bit and seldom had reason to use my insurance, but on the one or two occasions when I have, I've been very grateful to have it!

I wanted to have insurance for my trip although I didn’t need it. I felt that I was covered and made me feel safer at a great price that I made me comfortable knowing that I could get things resolved if anything to come up it was quick and easy online to take care of but I needed.

I was very pleased with how quickly they took care of our claim. I was also happy that when we were delayed 9 1/2 hours that they paid for our lunches even though we had paid cash and didn't have receipts. It was a very reasonable price that we paid for our lunch so it was good that they covered it. Very happy with the expedited claim.
