Of course I am glad I did not need to file a claim. I know the real value of the plan/policy is how well and quickly they cover a valid claim and complete payment. I am not able to comment on that , of course!

I've always said it's better to have travel insurance and not use it than to not have it and need it. Cost was reasonable and thank goodness I didn't have to use it.

My husband broke a tooth in the airport and CSA gave us no hassle when we filed a claim for the dental work.
