I had to file a claim because my plane had mechanical problems. which impacted my trip. Generali Global Assistance responded promptly to my claim and approved the claim. I always worry that that an insurance company will try to find a loophole in a claim to not pay and this was not the case. Highly recommended!!!

My wife had an emergency medical condition requiring surgery arise just before we were going to take our trip. I filed the claim with CSA and everything was processed quickly and without issue.

For many years, when I travel I have purchased a CSA Travel Protection package. I have never had a claim, but it gives me peace of mind while traveling, when peace of mind is most important.
