I've used Insuremytrip and for the past five cruises. I've been very satisfied with the website, discussions with their agents and their recommendation of the CSA product to meet my specific insurance requirements. Since I (thankfully) didn't have to file a claim, I can't comment about that part of the process. However, it was easy to navigate the site to choose insurance and the online chat person was very helpful.

We were unable to take this trip as my wife suffered a life threatening episode shortly before we were scheduled to leave. Our claim was submitted and processed in a very timely and efficient manner. We have received our refunds and are very pleased with the service.
