But how would we know how this plan would respond without something bad or even tragic happening? Fortunately we did not have to use the CSA Custom Luxe plan. We will say it gave us peace of mind.

Although I did not need to use the insurance, thank goodness, when I compared the CSA Custom Luxe plan to other options, I found this option the one that best covered my needs. This is the second time I've used CSA to insure a trip and I'd use them again.

My suggestion relates to the information that I received from an inquiry to the Concierge service. I requested a list of hotels in the Hue, Vietnam area. Perhaps when someone asks for a list like this for another location information could be sought from them concerning the price range/s they would be interested in.
